To engage citizens in litter reduction and beautification through public awareness, education and special events.

Our Goals

Keep Greenville County Beautiful will strive to engage every segment of the population, as well as make recommendations to governments on programs, policies, and codes that impact mission-related issues. These goals will be accomplished by:

Hosting programs and events in diverse areas

Meeting with County and City Council and staff regularly

Establishing programs/events throughout the county as well as each municipality

Promoting a positive image of Greenville County by increasing public awareness activities

Empowering individuals to take greater responsibility for enhancing the beauty of Greenville County

Collaborating with neighborhood groups, social organizations, and volunteers to provide education and tools so that they may be leaders in their own communities

Engaging in projects that result in the sustained reduction of litter and increased recycling in Greenville County
